My 10 year old son goes here. He tried it out a few years ago at a different school and it was too loud for him and crowded. Since joining Fit2Fight he looks forward to going 3 days a week. It has improved his self confidence and he is more mature. Master Stehlik works with each child individually and as a group. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

My boys just started taking classes and abosutely LOVE going. I started taking the womens class she has on Tuesday and Thursdays and because of a previous foot injury I had to stop going :(. I wish I didn't have this injury because I would still be training. I truly love the class and can't wait until my foot feels better :)

I had so much fun and learned a lot from just one class. The two hours flew by with hands on demonstrations from very skillful instructors. At Fit2Fight Martial Arts, we are very passionate about self-defense!!

Our self-defense workshops cover many life saving techniques, and this is a great overview which includes things that people normally forget or wouldn’t think of doing when escaping an unexpected situation, such as aiming for vulnerable body parts. Not only does self-defense training help to prepare you for dangerous situations, but it also helps develop increased mental and physical health. It may be hard to imagine being attacked by a stranger, but it happens every day.

* Be an OPPONENT, not a victim!  Be aware and be PREPARED! *
