My 10 year old son goes here. He tried it out a few years ago at a different school and it was too loud for him and crowded. Since joining Fit2Fight he looks forward to going 3 days a week. It has improved his self confidence and he is more mature. Master Stehlik works with each child individually and as a group. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Goals of Taekwondo Training

As new students start their Taekwondo training in our dojang, many parents ask us “why do they do that?” as they watch their child engage in various drills and activities in class.  Although we do a fair amount of kicking and punching, our curriculum at Fit2Fight Martial Arts is comprised of all elements of Taekwondo to develop well-rounded martial artists.   There is a reason for every movement, a goal for every aspect of our training.  Here we provide a general outline of our traditional Taekwondo training and the goal of each element, so that parents and students have a better understanding of our curriculum and expectations:

As always, the key to all of the above is practice, practice, practice!

Train regularly, be patient, and most of all have fun!
